Payments should be made after booking the appointment. If desired, this can also be done in up to 3 instalments, provided it can be done before the start date.

When cancelling up to 1 month before the start of the retreat, 25% will be charged and up to 1 week before the retreat starts, 50% of the amount will be charged and the remainder will be refunded.

Refunds will only be made to the account where the amount came from.
