Welcome to my Blog page.

Here you will find personal stories, rays of hope, texts, interpretations and reactions from me about what moves me and whatever else wants to be shared or heard. Sometimes it's just fun, sometimes it's brave and exciting, and sometimes it can be moving. In my opinion, it can also be necessary to draw attention to something. So basically, you'll find a bit of everything here ;-)

Why does the header say ‘Keep it Real’? Well, because that's one of my mottos. I love sincerity, openness, clarity, respect, space, freedom and everything that goes with it. Life is difficult enough, and I believe we help each other when we meet each other sincerely and openly, are clear with each other, respect each other without losing ourselves, give each other space, and everyone has and feels the freedom to be themselves. Not necessarily an easy task, because it can sometimes be difficult to accept when someone is honest, sincere, and clear. That's where respect, giving space, freedom and unconditional love come in. Yes, unconditional love. I'm still learning this myself. Sometimes you just get really hurt and then it can be quite a challenge to continue to give respect, space, freedom and unconditional love. Sometimes what is said or done is simply not okay, and then it is important to choose for yourself. Respect, space and freedom for yourself, without losing yourself or hurting the other person in return. It is a very broad concept and very important to continue to feel and notice what experiences do to you at every moment.

In addition, and not unimportantly, the images in the header speak for themselves. It is important to keep everything in perspective. We humans are even smaller than a pinhead in this beautiful universe, and at the same time, it also shows that anything is possible.

This is just a brief explanation of why this sentence is in my header. I hope it has a positive effect on you. That is the intention.

That is why ‘Keep it Real’.
